No. CORE is not a traditional massage. It is a global bodywork experience integrating breathwork, touch, myofascial techniques, drainage and nervous system regulation. 

Every session is tailored to your body and to how you feel in the moment.

Yes. The CORE Method is based on a progressive support process, organised in cycles, allowing true inner transformation.

CORE is structured around four evolving cycles :

  • 3 sessions cycle - Home 

    To discover the method, initiate body awareness and begin the first adjustments.

  • 6 sessions cycle - Adaptation 

    To deepen bodywork, refine sensory perception and develop a more conscious relationship with the body.

  • 9 sessions cycle - Grounding

    To support lasting physical and inner transformation and anchor new body references.

  • Personalised Autonomy cycle 

         To stabilise benefits, maintain results and support long-term balance.

 
Sessions are generally spaced every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your rhythm and needs.

The intention goes beyond the session itself :

  • Developing body awareness

  • Learning to listen more deeply to the body

  • And establishing simple routines to practice at home

Once the transformation has begun, CORE can then continue as a maintenance rhythm, with one session every 2 to 3 months, to support long-term balance.

The goal of CORE is not to make the body dependent on sessions, but to help it regain its own autonomy.

No, never. It is suggested only if appropriate, with your full consent, and can be discontinued at any moment. Your comfort and boundaries are always respected.

No. Intensity is always adjusted, never imposed. Some areas may feel sensitive, but the work is always carried out with respect for the body, without forcing.

Yes, particularly. CORE focuses on breathing, the nervous system, and relaxation, making it a very suitable approach for states of stress, mental overload, or emotional fatigue.

Yes. CORE supports athletes with recovery, mobility, tension prevention and performance optimisation, before and after training.

Yes. Lymphatic drainage is integrated into every session, as it supports the body’s main elimination systems, promotes fluid circulation and contributes to the overall balance of the tissues.

Within the CORE Method, drainage is not an isolated technique, but a guiding thread that supports fascial work, movement and breath.

Yes. CORE provides a safe, gentle and respectful space, especially for sensitive bodies, transitional phases or recovery periods. All work is always adapted.

Your session opens with a moment of dialogue and observation, then unfolds through breathwork, bodywork and integration. Each session follows a four-phase flow, tailored to you.

Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Men are asked to wear shorts and suitable underwear. According to the flow of the session, work may take place on the skin or over clothing.

Yes. The CORE Method can be received at any age.

Specific support is offered for :

CORE Kids (children), CORE Teens (adolescents) and CORE (adults).

Each session is adapted to the body, age, rhythm and current needs.

For minors, a parent’s presence is required during the session up to age 16, or a written parental consent will be requested. 

Yes, from the second trimester onward, with an adapted session and in the absence of medical contraindications. CORE can support pregnancy with a gentle, safe and respectful approach, tailored to the specific needs of the mother-to-be.
