CORE Teens offers gentle body-based support, helping adolescents reconnect with their body, regain grounding and restore inner calm.
The session preserves the essence of the CORE Method and combines tension-release techniques, breathwork, gentle mobilisations, fascial work and sometimes a sound dimension that enhances relaxation.
Each session is personalised, respecting the teenager’s rhythm, privacy and individual needs.
CORE Teens does not aim to “make them talk” or to force anything, but to offer a safe physical space to settle, breathe and recenter.
