How does CORE Kids support your child ?
A child’s body is a sensitive space of expression.
Emotions, stress, tension and daily stimulation naturally leave their imprint.
CORE Kids does not seek to
“correct” the child, but to create the conditions for them to feel safe, to settle, and to reconnect with their sensations.
This approach is for children who need to reconnect with their body, soothe their nervous system, regain inner calm and experience a sense of safety.
Through respectful touch, slow movements, gentle mobilisations, light stretching, moments of breathing and sometimes a sound or sensory dimension, the child is invited to feel their body, inhabit it and rest within it.
The use of accessories offers a playful gateway into the session: ball, soft balls, yoga block, wooden tools, textures… allowing the child to explore, manipulate and feel, while relaxing.
The intention is not to “correct”, but to support.
Each session is adapted to the child’s age, sensitivity and individual needs.
I am guided by what the child expresses verbally or through their body, within a safe and caring framework.
CORE Kids is a space where the child can simply be, breathe, feel and settle.
