CORE is a holistic bodywork method combining conscious breathing, stretching, massage, lymphatic drainage, fascial work and specific targeted techniques to rebalance the body, release deep tension and regulate the nervous system.

CORE is not a standard massage, it is a bespoke treatment adapted to your body, your current state and your rhythm.

Méthode-CORE

Bespoke session

Each CORE session is unique.
It begins with a careful assessment of the body, including posture, breathing patterns, tension areas, and zones of strain.

Based on your needs, the method gradually incorporates : 

  • Lymphatic drainage → Tissue fluidity, circulation, lightness, regulation.

  • Myofascial massage → Release of fascia and deep muscular tension.

  • Assisted stretching → Mobility, lengthening, postural balance, injury prevention, muscle flexibility.

  • Guided breathing → Nervous system regulation

  • Intraoral massage (if needed) → Jaw release, deep relaxation of cervical chains, easing cranial tension.

  • Functional techniques & tools → Support and optimisation of global bodywork.

The body is always treated as a whole, never in isolated areas.

Gentle physical support for children.

CORE & Kids sessions are deliberately shorter than those for adults, in order to respect the attention span and pace of children and teenagers.

It is a one-hour session including time for discussion with the parent, of which approximately 30  to 35 minutes of treatment.

Until around the age of 16, a parent is required to be present during the session, maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor.

Les séances CORE & Ado sont volontairement plus courtes que celles destinées aux adultes, afin de respecter la capacité d’attention et le rythme de l’enfant ou de l’adolescent.

C’est une séance d’1h incluant un temps d’échange avec le parent et/ou l’adolescent, dont environ 40  à 45 minutes de soin

Core & Maternity is a session specially designed to support pregnant women during this period of profound transformation.
